Returns and Exchanges Policy

PAR PLAZZA strives to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we are committed to providing a fair and clear return and exchange process.
1. Return Eligibility

Consumer Goods: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 14 days of receipt, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Fashion & Clothing: Items must be unworn and unwashed. Please ensure all tags are still attached.

Beauty & Health Products: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, beauty and health products can only be returned if unopened or if there’s a defect.

Perishable Items (Food, Fresh Products): Due to the nature of these items, returns are not accepted unless the product is damaged or spoiled upon delivery.

Customized/Personalized Products: Returns or exchanges are not permitted for customized or personalized products unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@parplazza.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return.

You may be required to provide photos if the item is damaged or defective.

Once your return is approved, you will be issued a return authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been issued.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process outlined above, and place a new order for the replacement item.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either offer a full refund, a replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.

In cases of damaged items, please retain all packaging and take photos of the damage for our records.

For products sold by third-party sellers on PAR PLAZZA, individual return policies may vary. Please review the seller's specific return policy on the product page before making a purchase. However, all returns for defective or damaged items are subject to PAR PLAZZA’s return process.
