Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 7 days of receiving the goods, provided the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receipt.

2. Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.

3. Return the items 

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, subject to inspection.

Exceptions

The cooling-off period does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons
